Smith and Severson Builders was formed in 2013 as Millie and Severson General Contractors looked to build a company to focus on projects which serviced it’s clients full spectrum of construction needs with building professionals who not only have the expertise to bring success to your project, but have a passion for the construction industry.

Founded by Principals at Millie and Severson General Contractors with combined experience of over 100 years in negotiated commercial construction work and led by David Smith with 32 years of experience in commercial construction, Smith and Severson Builders strives to consistently provide a level of service which exceeds our clients expectations.

The partnering of both firms has provided a full spectrum of construction services enabling it to respond to the smallest of requests from clients to some of the largest requirements with the same focus on being consistently competitive. All of this while providing the level of service clients have trusted since 1945 synonymous with the Severson name.
